TENNESSEE CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 4 c. chicken, cooked & chopped into chunks
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 c. cooked Minute Rice
- 1-1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs together and place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until hot. May be made ahead and stored in refrigerator overnight.
