SPINACH-WATER CHESTNUT-VEGETABLE DIP
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 pkg. Knorrs dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced thin & drained
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
