Great light dressing for Strawberry Pecan Salad. From the kitchen of Elaine Williams, Nashville, TN.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients of dressing together. Keeps well in a pint mason jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
