MOLDED LIME JELL-O FRUIT SALAD
Serves: Serves 10-12
Ingredients
- 1 pkg.lime Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. drained fruit cocktail
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix Jell-O and water. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and Miracle Whip until creamy. Add Jell-O mixture. Cool in refrigerator. Add fruit cocktail pineapple, and miniature marshmallows. Fold Cool Whip into above mixture. Put in a mold and allow to set.
