LIGHT LEMON DESSERT
- 40 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
- ¾ stick oleo
- ¼ c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 6 oz. frozen pink lemonade
- 1 can condensed milk
- Mix crackers, oleo, and powdered sugar. Press ¾ into 9x9 inch pan.
- Beat Cool Whip, lemonade, and condensed milk until smooth. Pour over crumb mixture. Add rest of crumbs and chill.
