JACK’S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE (A delicious creamy-soft fudge)
Ingredients
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (6-1/2 oz.) can Carnation milk
  • 1-1/2 sticks butter or oleo
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Place sugar, Carnation milk and butter in large saucepan. Boil at medium-high, about 5 minutes, to 235 degrees when measured with a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and vanilla. Mix until well blended, and spread on cookie sheet with thickness 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cool well and cut into desired size pieces. Makes about 2 lbs. of candy.
