HADLEY'S HOT COCOA mix

Ingredients
- 8 qt. (11 c.) size dry milk powder
- 6 or 7 oz. powdered coffee creamer (1-1/4 c.)
- 1 box Quik (1 lb. or 2-1/2 c.) cocoa mix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix well. Store in airtight container. Place mix in cup or mug (equal to ⅓ total volume). Fill with hot water.
Notes
Kathleen Hadley recommends adding ½ cup of plain cocoa to the mix, "makes it more chocolaty".
