- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. coconut
- Mix shortening, sugars, eggs, salt and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder. Stir into sugar mixture. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Drop by spoonfuls on buttered cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
