BUTTERSCOTCH BARS
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 24 graham cracker squares (2 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
Instructions
- Beat 2 eggs in saucepan, add the sugar and butter. Boil 2 minutes, stirring. Cool.
- Crush graham crackers and add miniature marshmallows. Add to cooled egg mixture and press into 9×9 inch pan. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter and spread over mixture in pan. Chill well. Can use chocolate chips, if desired. Cut in small squares.
