BARBECUED PORK LOIN ROAST

BARBECUED PORK LOIN ROAST
Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 lb. cut of pork loin
  • 1/3 c. barbecue sauce (Mauls)
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
Instructions
  1. Mix the salt, pepper and flour and rub the roast with it on all sides. Mix barbecue sauce, catsup and Liquid Smoke. Spread on all sides of the roast. Place roast fat side up in the covered roaster. Baste well with barbecue mixture. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees then uncover and bake for 15 minutes in an open pan. To make gravy, pour off grease you want in a frying pan. Add water to pan in which you baked the loin. Let boil a bit and then add the quantity you desire to the grease to which flour has been added. Use half milk and half of water mixture.
