ALICIA’S CHEESECAKE
Serves: Serves 6-8.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Beat well until batter is lemon colored. Put into a well buttered pie plate and bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
- TOPPING:
- Mix ingredients together and spread on top and bake at 350 degrees for 5 more minutes.
