WATERGATE DESSERT
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- ½ c. chopped nuts
- ½ c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 pkgs. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
- 2½ c. cold milk
- Coconut
Instructions
- Mix flour, chopped nuts, and butter Bake in a 9x13 inch pan, 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 12 oz. of Cool Whip spread on crust.
- Mix 2 packages instant lemon or vanilla pudding and 2½ cups cold milk. Pour over cheese layer. Cover with 4 oz. of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
