SWEDISH POTATO SAUSAGE (Korv)
- 10 Ibs. ground beef
- 5 lbs. ground pork
- 10 lbs. ground potatoes
- 5 onions, ground
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ½ c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pepper
- Mix ingredients together and stuff into casings that have been rinsed well. Prick with a needle. Freezes well. Thawed sausage should be cooked in water for about ½ hour or baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 30 lbs. sausage.
