SALMON-NOODLE CASSEROLE
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
- 1 can red salmon
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 can sliced mushrooms & liquid
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 pimientos, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- ½ c. milk
- ½ c. crushed potato chips
- Combine all ingredients except chips in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. (6 servings.)
