RHUBARB CAKE
- 2 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sour milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- ½ c. nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix 1-1/2 c. brown sugar, oleo, egg, sour milk, vanilla, salt, flour, and soda. Fold in 2 cups diced rhubarb. Mix together remaining brown sugar, butter, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
