REFRIGERATOR PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. soda
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 pkg. yeast in ¼ c. warm water
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. milk
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar) into large bowl; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add in yeast and water mixture. Mix in butter flavoring, oil, milk and buttermilk.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir. Fry on hot griddle.
Notes
Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before using. Anna Larson
