RASPBERRY DESSERT
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- ½ c. oleo
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- ½ c. milk
- ¼ lb. marshmallows
- ½ pint whipping cream OR
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 2 boxes frozen raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, oleo, and brown sugar. Bake 5 minutes in 8x10 inch pan at 350 degrees. Put milk and marshmallows in heavy pan and melt over low heat. When cool, add whipped cream or Cool Whip.
- Drain juice from 2 boxes frozen berries. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to juice and cook it until thick. Then add the berries. Cool. Put half the marshmallow mixture over the graham cracker crust, then the berry mixture, then the rest of the marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle some crumbs on top and chill.
