PINEAPPLE SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 16 lg. marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 (small package) cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Mix boiling water, Jell-O and marshmallows together. Let stand overnight. Beat well with mixer. Add one small package softened cream cheese. Beat well. Fold in Cool Whip and drained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
- Put in salad bowl and top with nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 8. (Reminds you of the Russian Cream that Mom Larson used to make.)
