PEPPERMINT BARK CANDY
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. almond bark (white chocolate)
- small chunk parrafin
- 5-1/2 oz. peppermint stick
- red food color
- ½ tsp. peppermint extract
Instructions
- Melt almond bark in double boiler with small chunk of paraffin. Remove from heat.
- Crush peppermint stick inside a heavy plastic bag and stir quickly in to melted mixture. Add few drops red color and peppermint extract. Pour on waxed paper on large cookie sheet. Spread thin and let cool. Break into pieces when hard.
