PARMESAN POTATOES
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled & quartered
- ¼ c. flour
- ¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- ⅓ c. butter or margarine
Instructions
- Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper and put in brown paper bag. Shake potatoes, a few at a time, in bag to coat. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Place potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour, turning once during baking. Serves 6.
