ORANGE CHARLOTTE
- 1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
- ¼ c. cold water
- ½ c. boiling water
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ pint heavy cream
- Angel food cake
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add the boiling water, juice and sugar. Chill until congealed. Fold in heavy cream; whipped. Fold in pieces of Angel Food cake. Mold into 9x9 inch pan. Chill.
