OLIVE-FILLED CHEESE BALLS
Ingredients
- ½ lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- ½ c. flour
- Dash pepper
- 20-30 lg. pitted ripe or stuffed green olives
- (Note: Olives must be well drained.)
Instructions
- Work cheese and butter together with fork. Knead flour in with hand until blended. Wrap about a tablespoon of mix around an olive until all are used. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot. (Freezes well.)
