MOM'S CREAMED SPINACH
- 1 lb. fresh spinach OR 1 can spinach
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Cook fresh spinach and drain. Sprinkle flour over cooked spinach and chop fine. Place all ingredients except egg in saucepan and simmer 5 minutes while stirring. When thickened serve with chopped hard boiled egg sprinkled over top.
