MEAT LOAF
- 2 c. stale bread crumbs
- ¾ c. chopped onions
- ¼ c. chopped green peppers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- ¼ c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- Catsup
- Mix all except catsup, lightly in a bowl. Make into loaf and bake in greased pan Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Then spread with catsup.
