LIME, GINGER ALE, ICE-CREAM SALAD
- 2 pkgs. lime gelatin
- ¾ c. hot water
- ¾ c. ginger ale
- 1 (#2)can (13 oz.) crushed, drained pineapple
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- ¾ c. chopped pecans
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add ginger ale. Stir in ice cream. Chill until partially set (10 minutes). Fold in the crushed pineapple and pecans. Pour into two 1 quart molds or 2 quart molds. Refrigerate.
