JUDY'S ONE-STEP POUND CAKE
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind (or orange)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 2¼ c. flour
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except powedered sugar together and beat well (4-5 minutes). Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle With powdered sugar when cooled.
