JINNY’S BLUEBERRY DESSERT
Ingredients
- 11 (double) graham crackers
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. softened butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can of blueberry pie filling
- Cool Whip
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers and mix in ½ cup sugar and ½ cup softened butter. Put in 9x9 inch pan. Beat 2 eggs and add ½ cup sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Pour this over graham crackers and bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Add lemon juice to blueberry pie filling. Pour this over other mixture. Store in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip.
