JESSIES CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked & cut up into sm. pieces
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon Juice
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 c. crushed potato chips or Chinese noodles
Instructions
- Mix first 7 ingredients and spoon over sliced eggs, in 9x13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips or Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
