STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- ½ c. rice
- ½ c. milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 lg. bell peppers
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
- Mix hamburger, egg, rice, milk, salt and pepper. Stuff into bell peppers. Place in covered dutch oven or whatever size covered pot needed; pour tomato juice over contents. Cook on top of stove approximately 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or in crockpot 4 to 5 hours on medium.
