STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
Serves: 6 peppers
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. rice
  • ½ c. milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 lg. bell peppers
  • 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Instructions
  1. Mix hamburger, egg, rice, milk, salt and pepper. Stuff into bell peppers. Place in covered dutch oven or whatever size covered pot needed; pour tomato juice over contents. Cook on top of stove approximately 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or in crockpot 4 to 5 hours on medium.
