SALMON-NOODLE CASSEROLE
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can red salmon
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms & liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 pimientos, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • ½ c. milk
  • ½ c. crushed potato chips
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except chips in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. (6 servings.)
