MEAT LOAF
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 2 c. stale bread crumbs
  • ¾ c. chopped onions
  • ¼ c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • ¼ c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • Catsup
Instructions
  1. Mix all except catsup, lightly in a bowl. Make into loaf and bake in greased pan Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Then spread with catsup.
