MARIBETHS SAUCY PORK CHOPS
- 6 pork chops (1/4 to ¾ inch thick)
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- Trim fat from chops and brown in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops in casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chops are tender.
