JESSIES CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken, cooked & cut up into sm. pieces
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon Juice
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips or Chinese noodles
Instructions
  1. Mix first 7 ingredients and spoon over sliced eggs, in 9x13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips or Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
