CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
- 2 frying chickens
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. can pimiento, chopped
- Cubed green pepper (optional)
- 10-12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, sharp
- Salt & pepper to taste & onion & garlic
- Salt if preferred
- Grated American cheese
- Cook 2 frying chickens in salted water until done. Save water to cook noodles in and remove chicken from bones. To the chicken add the remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook 12 oz. noodles and add to above mixture. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle with grated American cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
