CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 c. Minute Rice
Instructions
  1. Dilute the two cans of soup with the milk and add the rice and put into a casserole. Put pieces of raw cut-up frying chicken on top. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
