BEEF SPREAD-A-BURGERS
 
Ingredients
  • ½ lbs. hamburger
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ⅓ c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 8 frankfurter buns, split & toasted
Instructions
  1. Combine beef, soup, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and salt in medium sized bowl. Mix lightly with fork until well blended. Spread evenly on halves of buns. Broil 4 inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve at once.
