BAKED BARBECUED PORK CHOPS
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • ¼ c. water
  • ½ c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 pork chops
  • 8 slices onion
Instructions
  1. Simmer all ingredients covered, except the pork chops and onion slices, for 20 minutes. Brown the chops. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce into the center of each of 8 squares of Alcoa Wrap (aluminum foil). Top with a chop, an onion slice and more of the sauce. Fold packages tightly at the top and ends. Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
