WATERGATE DESSERT
 
Ingredients
  • 1 c. flour
  • ½ c. chopped nuts
  • ½ c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkgs. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
  • 2½ c. cold milk
  • Coconut
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, chopped nuts, and butter Bake in a 9x13 inch pan, 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 12 oz. of Cool Whip spread on crust.
  3. Mix 2 packages instant lemon or vanilla pudding and 2½ cups cold milk. Pour over cheese layer. Cover with 4 oz. of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
