SWEDISH POTATO SAUSAGE (Korv)
 
Ingredients
  • 10 Ibs. ground beef
  • 5 lbs. ground pork
  • 10 lbs. ground potatoes
  • 5 onions, ground
  • ½ tsp. allspice
  • ½ c. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together and stuff into casings that have been rinsed well. Prick with a needle. Freezes well. Thawed sausage should be cooked in water for about ½ hour or baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 30 lbs. sausage.
