SPINACH CASSEROLE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • ⅓ c. onion, chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
