SPINACH CASSEROLE
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- ⅓ c. onion, chopped
- Mix all ingredients together. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
