SAUSAGE BALLS
Serves: About 40-50 sausage balls
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Mix sausage (uncooked) and cheese with your hands. Set at room temperature 30 minutes. Add Bisquick in 3-4 parts; mix well. Roll into 1 inch diameter balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made up ahead of time and frozen, but will take longer to bake.
