RICE PUDDING
 
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • Raisins, if desired
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and milk. Add rice. Pour into well buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
