RHUBARB CAKE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 cups diced rhubarb
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix 1-1/2 c. brown sugar, oleo, egg, sour milk, vanilla, salt, flour, and soda. Fold in 2 cups diced rhubarb. Mix together remaining brown sugar, butter, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
