POP'S OYSTER STEW
 
Ingredients
  • 12 oz. fresh oysters
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add oysters and liquid. Heat slowly until edges of oysters curl. Remove crust of bread and cut into ¼ inch cubes. Add bread, salt and pepper.
