PINEAPPLE SALAD
 
Ingredients
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 16 lg. marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (small package) cream cheese, softened
Instructions
  1. Mix boiling water, Jell-O and marshmallows together. Let stand overnight. Beat well with mixer. Add one small package softened cream cheese. Beat well. Fold in Cool Whip and drained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Put in salad bowl and top with nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 8. (Reminds you of the Russian Cream that Mom Larson used to make.)
