PEACH SALAD
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg.lemon Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. peach juice (drained from peaches)
  • 1 (No. 2½) can peaches
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water. Add the orange juice and peach juice. Chill until partially set. Beat with electric mixer. Dice peaches and fold together with Cool Whip. Pour into mold. Chill. (Serves 10-12.)
