ORANGE CHARLOTTE
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
  • ¼ c. cold water
  • ½ c. boiling water
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • ½ pint heavy cream
  • Angel food cake
Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add the boiling water, juice and sugar. Chill until congealed. Fold in heavy cream; whipped. Fold in pieces of Angel Food cake. Mold into 9x9 inch pan. Chill.
