OLIVE-FILLED CHEESE BALLS
 
Ingredients
  • ½ lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • ½ c. flour
  • Dash pepper
  • 20-30 lg. pitted ripe or stuffed green olives
  • (Note: Olives must be well drained.)
Instructions
  1. Work cheese and butter together with fork. Knead flour in with hand until blended. Wrap about a tablespoon of mix around an olive until all are used. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot. (Freezes well.)
