MURIEL’S CHEESECAKE
 
Ingredients
  • 4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese until very soft. Blend in ½ cup milk. Add remaining milk, sugar, vanilla, and pudding mix. Beat as directed on package for pie. Pour into crust. Chill until firm (at least 2 hours). May be garnished with strawberries and Cool Whip or cherry pie filling.
