MURIEL’S BLUEBERRY DESSERT
- 18 graham crackers
- ¼ c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 lg. (No. 2) can water-packed blueberries
- 24 marshmallows
- ½ c. milk
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
- Mix graham crackers, butter, and powdered sugar and put in 8 inch square pan and chill. Save a few crumbs as topping.
- Drain blueberries well. Melt marshmallows in hot milk until dissolved. cool. Fold blueberries into marshmallow mixture and then into the Cool Whip. Pour into pan.
